Our Goal:

Make it a "Beautiful Day" in Africa!

In honor of Bono's birthday on May 10, and in acknowledgement of his activism on behalf of Africa, we are asking U2 fans for donations throughout the month of April.

Last year we asked U2 fans for donations hoping to raise at least $1,000.00 to build a well in Africa for Bono’s birthday. Instead you gave $10,253.18! Enough money to build 10 wells, one of which is pictured here.

To Sign 2004 Birthday Card

Last year we were able to send a birthday card compiled of messages and signatures of those who donated to Bono. Africare produced a plaque that was included. This year we will be collecting messages and signatures of donors online to send to Bono on May 10th. After donating please click here to add your name.
