This project increased access to potable water and improved sanitation through the rehabilitation of springs in seven villages and bairros. Seventh-grader Maria Ngueve, one benefciary of the project, reported having more time to study since the spring in her community allowed her to fetch water more quickly. She’d like to be a teacher in the future.
