The African Well Fund is pleased to announce we will be participating in Fullerton, CA’s “Alternative Gift Fair” for the second consecutive year. The fair takes place on Sun. Nov. 6th from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Downtown Plaza, Wilshire Avenue between Harbor and Pomona Ave. The fair is sponsored by several area churches.
An Alternative Gift Fair is a positive holiday experience and a fun way to bypass the annual stress of holiday shopping and “stuff” accumulation while honoring friends and relatives with donations to causes that fit their values. AWF is thrilled to be joining other organizations such as Heifer International and Habitat for Humanity at this event. We will be offering “Well Shares” and “Walk a Mile in Her Shoes” certificates for sale. All proceeds go directly to well-building programs in Africa.
