The African Well Fund has launched its 2010 holiday campaign Season of H2OPE: 31 Days of Giving to Benefit Sierra Leone. Now through Dec. 31, AWF will be collecting donations and selling Well Shares and other merchandise to fund a clean water and sanitation project to benefit 2,500 residents of the Malema chiefdom of Kailahun district of the Republic of Sierra Leone. The $30,000, one-year project will be implemented by AWF partner Africare.
