In times of climate change especially African countries struggle with increasing aridity. Building wells to give people access to more water is a remarkable project and for me it´s an honour to contribute to it with a small donation.

Dear Bono,
Have a blessed birthday and enjoy it with dear family and friends. Doing something of service in Africa with a well in your name is a solace for me right now. I feel as my America has abandoned so many vital international programs due to the dismantling of any outreaches of generosity or civil righteousness by our new regime. Though when I get too depressed, U2 music always cheers me up, and I will always cherish the memories of your LAS Sphere concert.
I pray for continued blessings upon you and your family. Plus I ask you all as fellow believers if you could please pray for America’s disenfranchised citizens in our “anno horriblis.” Those of us that are not members of the powerful rich elite are watching support systems, jobs, legal rights, and freedoms being attacked or eliminated. Harder still, many citizens will not even see the obvious, and treat everything happening as “normal” partisan politics. We desperately need prayer!!
(Sorry this is not a more cheerful birthday greeting… I’d better listen to “A Beautiful Day” again to cheer up a bit…)
