This has been a momentous year for the African Well Fund. Not only is AWF celebrating its 10th anniversary, but is also celebrating raising more than $1 million in that time.
To mark this fundraising milestone, AWF is asking the people who actually made this happen–donors, volunteers and supporters–to participate in a video montage. All we need is a 10-second clip with you holding up the AWF logo below and sharing why you support AWF.
Examples of dialogue to choose from include:
“I am the African Well Fund and I raised $1 million … (Please pick one only)
… to keep girls in school”
… to strengthen communities”
… to empower women”
… to keep hospital patients healthy”
… to build farms”
… to start businesses”
… to give clean water to others”
etc.
You can do this in any way you want–from the roof of your house, as a group shouting it out, you can sing it, you can stand on your head, anything. Be creative and have fun!
