In an unprecedented show of support, @U2 has announced plans for yet another party to benefit the African Well Fund. And this one promises to be the biggest one yet! The event is called VERTIGONE and it takes place in Boston on May 23rd. The party will be held at the historic Paradise Rock Club on 969 Commonwealth Avenue. Doors open at 8:00 p.m. and tickets are available now online for $20 (not including service charges). Special guests for the evening will be The Joshua Tree Band, the Boston-based group that performed at the November “Swinging to the Music” party. For more detailed information about VERTIGONE including information on how to purchase tickets, please click here.
AWF representatives will be on hand with updates on our latest projects (including the Bono Birthday Well fundraiser), AWF merchandise for sale and information on volunteer and fund-raising opportunities. We are looking forward to seeing you there!

@U2 is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year and is one of the premier U2 fan websites. In November 2004, @U2 presented three “Swinging to the Music” fan parties that raised over $1300 for the people of Africa. Read more about that here.
